Action by appellee in relation to real estate; verdict in her favor, and over a motion for a new trial and other motions, judgment upon the verdict that she is the-*499owner, and entitled to the possession, of the undivided one-third of the real estate, and for $125 against appellant William Carver for the detention thereof.
Many alleged errors are argued as causes for a reversal o'f the judgment. The first is, that the court below erred in overruling the demurrer to the complaint, which is in two paragraphs.
