[¶ 1] Hajrija Beciraj is appealing from an East Central Judicial District Court criminal judgment and commitment upon a jury verdict finding her guilty of conspiracy to commit arson in violation of N.D.C.C. §§ 12.1-06-04 and 12.1-21-01. Beciraj argues there was insufficient evidence to support the jury verdict finding her guilty, because no evidence was presented to indicate she knew the mobile home was insured.
