ROWLEY, President Judge:
Richard L. Barnyak appeals from the judgment of sentence imposed following his conviction for aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and terroristic threats. Upon review of the variety of issues raised on appeal, we affirm the judgment of sentence. 1
The charges against appellant arose from a domestic dispute in which Kathy Dixon, now Kathy Barnyak, appellant’s wife, was shot in the hand. The incident occurred on April 21, 1990, at approximately 2:00 a.m. Ms. Dixon was admitted to the hospital for treatment at 2:35 a.m. and was…
