Stephen M. Boyles appeals from the judgment of sentence entered September 6, 1990, in the Court of Common Pleas of Blair County. He raises the following issues in this appeal: (1) whether the guilty verdicts on the charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and indecent assault are legally and logically inconsistent with the acquittal on the charge of rape; (2) whether the guilty verdicts were the product of free and voluntary deliberations by the jury; (3) whether the trial judge erred in refusing to permit appellant to present evidence of the victim’s prior…
