Tina Louise Van Burén pleaded guilty to *208murder in the first degree pursuant to a plea agreement in which the State promised to recommend a standard range sentence of 292 months. But at sentencing, the State explained that there was evidence to support an exceptional sentence. The trial court then imposed an exceptional sentence of 400 months, citing reasons mentioned by the State. Van Burén appealed to this court, alleging, among other things, that the State breached the plea agreement.
