The defendant Timber Hill, LLC,1 appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a trial to the court, awarding the plaintiffs, Marshall H. Heaven and M. H. Heaven Real Estate, LLC,2 the sum of $200,000, plus interest and attorney’s fees.
