HOLT, Justice.
Certiorari to review a decision of the industrial commission awarding respondent compensation for an accidental injury.
The facts involved are not in dispute. Respondent since 1910 has been in the employ of relator as chauffeur. As such it was his duty to drive relator’s automobile both in its business, and also for the personal use of Mark Elliott, one of its officers, and for his wife.
