GLASSER, District Judge.
Plaintiff A. Lorenzo Barroso, S.A. (“Bar-roso”), is a corporation organized under the laws of Spain, located in Argentona, Spain. Barroso is a manufacturer of machinery and equipment for the food industry. Defendant Polymer Research Corp. of America (“Polymer”) is a New York corporation with its principal place of business in Brooklyn, New York. Polymer’s primary business is polymer chemistry. The present action arises out of a commercial dispute between the parties concerning the development of a chemical formula for use in colorizing aluminum wire.…
