This case is on certification from the court of appeals following a jury trial held in the circuit court for Racine County, Honorable Dennis J. Barry, Judge. The jury concluded that Gorton Farms Inc. was entitled to damages for harm to its corn crops caused through the negligence of American Cyanamid Company (American Cyanamid).
