OPINION
{¶ 1} Appellant, Sean McPhillips, appeals from the August 10, 2006 judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, denying his motion for summary judgment, and granting the motion for summary judgment of appellees, United States Tennis Association Midwest ("Midwest Association") and United States Tennis Association Northeast ("Northeast Association").
