This case is before the court for the second time. In Ross v. Springfield School Dist. No. 19, 294 Or 357, 657 P2d 188 (1982), we reversed an order of the Fair Dismissal Appeals Board sustaining the respondent school district’s dismissal of petitioner, a school teacher, which was partly based on grounds of immorality in the form of sexual conduct in a booth in a self-styled “adult bookstore.” Our first opinion reached a number of conclusions.
