Michelle Watson-Spargo (“Claimant”), who sought workers compensation for permanent total disability (PTD), was awarded only permanent partial disability benefits. She appeals.
Background
Claimant has some college education, but no degree, and was 38 years old at the time of her hearing. She held various jobs, suffered several injuries and maladies, and experienced a family tragedy during the 20 years leading up to her 2009 work injury at D & W Stateline Restaurant.
