This is an appeal from a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Appellant was injured August 13, 1997 in an automobile accident while employed by Ram Tech. Appellant claims the Commission erred in denying him permanent and total disability arising from physical and psychological injuries as a result of this accident. He was awarded compensation for physical injuries, but his request for compensation for psychological injuries was denied.
