This appeal presents the question whether the court below committed error in declining to issue writ of habeas corpus1 based upon appellant Parker’s application claiming that he was denied due process of law under the Fourteenth Amendment in that he was tried before a Texas State Court when he was not represented by counsel, was sick and unable to defend himself, and the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction of the crime of forgery.
