I. Introduction.

The Court has for consideration a motion for summary judgment, which was filed by defendants Eaton Electrical, Inc., and Cutler Hammer, Inc. (collectively, “Eaton” or “Defendants”), on May 9, 2007. (Doc. 50.) Defendants also filed a motion to exclude the expert testimony of William McGuire. (Doc. 48.) Plaintiff Dwayne Haney sued Eaton 1 for violation of the Alabama Extended Manufacturer’s Liability Doctrine (“AEMLD”) and breach of express or implied warranties after he sustained injuries when he became entangled in a winder…
