The defendant, Hector Ortiz, appeals his convictions by a jury on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault (AFSA), one of which alleged pattern AFSA, see RSA 632-A:2 (Supp. 2010), one count of felonious sexual assault (FSA), see RSA 632-A:3 (Supp. 2010), and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, see RSA 639:3 (2007).
