{¶ 1} Appellant, John E. Fowler II, appeals the judgment of the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, determining that the law firm of Ivanchak & Fowler was not intended to be a partnership. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
{¶ 2} On May 20, 2002, attorney Theodore T. Ivanchak died intestate. On October 28, 2002, Theodore’s son, Terry F. Ivanchak, was appointed administrator of Theodore’s estate. Terry filed an inventory for the estate, identifying its assets as consisting of a 100 percent interest in the tangible…
