OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on the Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss (docs. 8, *76311, 15, 19, 20, 24) and the Plaintiffs Motions to Strike (docs. 22, 23, 25). For the following reasons, the Court will: (1) DENY the Defendants’ Motions to Dismiss (docs. 8, 11, 15, 19, 20, 24) and (2) DENY AS MOOT the Plaintiffs Motions to Strike (docs. 22, 23, 25).
