OPINION
BRUGGINK, Judge.
This ease returns to us from the Federal Circuit after its decision to partially affirm and partially vacate and remand. Pending is plaintiffs’ “Motion for a Designation of Partial Judgment with Respect to $134,045,000 Award and an Order Directing Defendant to Pay Such Judgment as Affirmed by the Federal Circuit.” Plaintiffs seek immediate enforcement of the final judgment and mandate issued by the Federal Circuit with regard to the award of $134 million, though one issue is still pending on remand.
