ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiffs Jessie and Mary Wray filed this action claiming disability discrimination under Titles II and IV of the Americans With Disabilities Act (“ADA”), after defendant, National Railroad Passenger Corp. (“Amtrak”), refused to allow them to sit in the disability seating section of a train traveling from Chicago to Memphis. Plaintiffs claim that defendant violated 42 U.S.C. § 12203(b) of the ADA by coercing or interfering with the exercise of their rights under the ADA.
