About 10 p.m. on April 23, 1952 the plaintiff was driving Ms automobile south on Duquesne Avenue in or near Oheswick in Allegheny County. The defendant was proceeding in Ms car eastwardly on Route 28 and they both approached the intersection of the two Mghways at about the same time.
