Plaintiff brings this action under the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for review of a decision of the Social Security Administration (“SSA”) denying his claims for disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits. Currently before the Court are the parties’ cross-motions for judgment.
