Plaintiff Anthony Blackmon brings this action seeking review of the final administrative decision by Defendant Michael J. Astrue, in his official capacity as Commissioner of Social Security, 1 denying Plaintiffs claim for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income Benefits (“SSIB”) pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
