MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
JOHN W. POTTER, District Judge.
This cause is before the Court on plaintiffs motion to stay and compel utilization of grievance system, defendant’s opposition, and plaintiffs reply. This is an employment discrimination lawsuit in which plaintiff advances claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Equal Pay Act of 1963. Plaintiff also alleges causes of action under the common law torts of deceit and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
