Plaintiff Anita Trayling filed this discrimination case against Defendant County of St. Joseph (the county), her former employer; and Defendant St. Joseph County Employers Chapter of Local # 2955, an affiliate of Council 25, American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employers International Union, AFL-CIO (AFSCME), the collective bargaining agent for county employees.
