VAN GRAAFEILAND, Circuit Judge:

Brink’s, Incorporated appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York which followed a nonjury trial before Judge Sifton. The judgment, which after computing stipulated damages and interest will approximate $200,000, represents alleged delinquent contributions to the Trustees of the Local 807 Labor-Management Health Fund (the “Fund”).
