Affirming.
The decedent, E. T. Sturges, a bachelor, who was a railroad engineer was killed in a collision of his engine with another train in the month of November, 1903. He had previously made and published his last will and testament, under which he devised and bequeathed to his sister-in-law, Amanda Stnrg’es, all of his estate and property of every kind, but not naming it specifically.
