GEORGE W. Latimer, Judge:

Upon his plea of guilty, a general court-martial convicted accused of receiving stolen property, a violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to confinement at hard labor for six months and partial forfeitures for a like period, and, except for a slight reduction in the amount of forfeitures, the convening authority approved.
