The accused was tried jointly with another member of the Armed Services by a general court-martial, for housebreaking and larceny, in violation of Articles 130 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 930 and 921, respectively. In accordance with his plea, he was found guilty as charged, and was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for one year.
