— The issue upon the trial was whether death of the insured resulted “from bodily injury effected solely through external, violent and accidental cause” within the terms of two policies issued by defendant-appellant, thereby entitling appellee to double indemnity. The face amount of the policies had been paid. The answer was, in effect, a general denial.
