Two actions, consolidated below, to recover benefits for accidental death. After verdicts for defendants, plaintiff appeals from the orders denying her motions for a new trial.
Plaintiff is the widow of the insured, John M. Ryan, and the beneficiary of both policies in suit. The policy of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company assured the beneficiary $1,000 in event of death and an additional $1,000 after accidental death. The ordinary death benefit has been paid.
