¶ 1 This is an appeal from the order entered on December 19, 2000, in the Orphans’ Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Upon review, we affirm.

¶ 2 The relevant facts and procedural history follow. On May 4, 1998, by decree of the Register of Wills of Allegheny, Letters of Administration were granted to Aline M. Criner, niece of the decedent, Orlando Presutti.
