¶ 1 Appellant, De Lage Landen Financial Services, Inc., appeals from the order entered on August 19, 2005, granting preliminary objections filed by defendant/Ap-pellee, The Urban Partnership, LLC (“TUP”). We affirm.

¶ 2 In this case, Appellant alleged that TUP breached a contract. Appellant also alleged that the contract contains a clause whereby TUP agreed to submit to the jurisdiction of Pennsylvania courts.
