Employers Mutual Insurance of Wausau appeals from a judgment entered against it fol*495lowing a jury trial of a negligence action initiated by Judith Liles for injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

First, Employers claims that the trial court erred by setting aside a release executed by Liles and Employers by which Liles settled her personal injury claims. Because the trial court’s finding that the release was based on a mutual mistake of fact is not clearly erroneous, we affirm.
