¶ 1. This case presents questions of evidence and procedure in the application of Wisconsin's Sexually Violent Person Commitments statute, popularly known as the Sexual Predator Law.

¶ 2. The State of Wisconsin (State) seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals which affirmed a circuit court order dismissing the "sexual predator" commitment petition filed against John J.
