¶1. Bruce Martindale seeks review of an unpublished decision of the court of appeals that affirmed certain rulings to exclude evidence by the Circuit Court for Rock County, Edwin C. Dahlberg, Judge.1 These evidentiary rulings are the focus of this appeal.

¶ 2.
