MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
PAULEY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Alpha Loucar brings this employment discrimination action against defendant Boston Market Corporation (“Boston Market”), alleging that it discriminated against him on the basis of his race and national origin, and retaliated against him, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (“Section 1981”).
