MEMORANDUM OPINION
WALTON, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Anthony Pate, brings this action pursuant to the Civil Rights Act of 1971, 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (2000) and on District of Columbia (“D.C.”) common law grounds. Both claims are predicated on plaintiffs proposition that the defendants violated his constitutional rights when they failed to provide him with a timely parole revocation hearing.
