OPINION

FORSBERG, Judge.

This matter comes before the court from a judgment entered following a jury trial, and from denial of post-trial motions. The claim arises from a one vehicle car accident in which respondent sustained personal injury-

Prior to trial, appellant admitted liability for the accident, leaving only the questions of causation and damages for the jury. The jury returned a verdict of $45,000 for respondent.
