MEMORANDUM OPINION and ORDER

In this removed diversity action, Carolyn Henderson (“Henderson”), a pro se litigant, has sued Claire’s Stores, Inc. (“Claire’s”) for defamation, false light invasion of privacy, false imprisonment, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotion distress. Her claims arise from a single visit Henderson made to one of defendant’s re-tad stores to purchase inexpensive jewelry.
