Plaintiffs Enzo Biochem, Inc. and Enzo Life Sciences, Inc. (“Enzo”) bring this action for patent infringement, fraudulent inducement, breach of contract, unfair competition, and tortious interference against Defendants Amersham PLC and Amersham Biosciences (“Amersham”). On September 21, 2012, the Court granted summary judgment in favor of Amersham with respect to Enzo’s patent infringement claims.
