Before the Court is the “Debtors’ Motion for Summary Judgment on Administrative Expense Claim of Tera Xtal Technology Corp.” (the “Summary Judgment Motion”), filed by the debtors-in-possession in these jointly administered Chapter 11 proceedings. Tera Xtal Technology Corp. (“TXT”)2 seeks administrative expense priority for a claim in excess of $3.6 million in the debtors’ cases based on alleged lost profits caused by one of the affiliated debtors, GT Advanced Technologies Limited (“GTAT Ltd.”).3 For the reasons discussed…
