Defendants, Arthur Lee Owen, Dianne Lee Cook and Charles W. France, as executor of the estate of Katherine L. DuPee (decedent), appeal after the trial court ordered that decedent’s half of the proceeds from the sale of real estate inherited from her husband, John DuPee, should be transferred to plaintiff, Hope D. Laughlin.
