O’Hara, surviving spouse and sole beneficiary of the estate of deceased attorney Barratt O’Hara II, filed a breach of contract action in the chancery division of the circuit court of Cook County against the law firm of Ahlgren, Blumenfeld and Kempster and against two of its partners, Robert D.
