Defendant, Jose Ruben Rodriguez, was indicted by a grand jury on one count of aggravated discharge of a firearm (720 ILCS 5/24— 1.2(a)(2) (West 1994)) and one count of unlawful use of weapons (720 ILCS 5/24—1(a)(4) (West 1994)). Following a jury trial, defendant was found guilty only on the latter count. Defendant was sentenced to 24 months’ probation. We affirm.
