BRECKENRIDGE, Presiding Judge.
Joseph E. Bragg appeals both his conviction and ten-year sentence following a jury trial for murder in the second degree, § 565.-004, RSMo 1978, 1 and the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for postconviction relief after an evidentiary hearing.
