MOORE, Circuit Judge.
This case presents several issues involving §§ 1 and 2 of the Sherman Antitrust Act. 1 Plaintiff PSI Repair Services, Inc. (“PSI”) asserted an illegal tying claim under § l and a monopolization claim under § 2 against defendant Honeywell, Inc. (“Honeywell”). The district court granted summary judgment in favor of Honeywell on both counts. For the reasons that follow, we affirm, on different grounds, the judgment of the district court.
