We have before us a petition by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) under 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), for enforcement of an order by it directed at Americana Healthcare Center (a/k/a Americare Healthcare Corporation, a Delaware Corporation), respondent (employer), requiring employer to cease and desist from denying its employees existing sick leave benefits to which it had agreed, and to take various other remedial actions as will appear.
