The defendant, Maurice Weaver, appeals from the judgments of conviction, rendered following a jury trial, under docket number CR01-302091, of burglary in the first degree, attempt to commit robbery in the first degree and conspiracy to commit robbery in the first degree and, under docket number CR01-302092, of two counts of burglary in the first degree and one count of attempt to commit robbery in the first degree.
