SCHALLER, J.

The defendant, Catalino Morales, appeals from the judgment of conviction, rendered alter a jmy trial, of various criminal offenses. On appeal, the defendant argues that his rights to due process were violated when (1) the trial court improperly allowed testimony regarding evidence that was not preserved by the state and (2) the prosecutor committed misconduct. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
